- Informational Purposes Only: Answers provided by City Mitra are intended for general civic guidance.
- Verification Recommended: Users should confirm critical details (such as office operating hours, scheme application deadlines, and emergency phone numbers) directly with the relevant district administration.
- No Official Legal or Administrative Authority: City Mitra is not an adjudicating authority and does not issue legal certificates, permits, or governmental sanctions.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use City Mitra solely for lawful civic and personal purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to overwhelm or attack our infrastructure (DDoS).
- Attempt to inject malicious prompts or exploit the AI model for unlawful, defamatory, or abusive purposes.
- Misrepresent yourself as a government official or administrator.
4. Intellectual Property
The City Mitra brand name, logos, original editorial articles authored by Ram Wadhwa, UI design systems, and software code are the intellectual property of City Mitra. Public domain government data and official emblems remain the property of their respective administrative bodies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Mitra and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or any reliance placed on information provided through the AI assistant.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana, India.
